Here's how to get it right now for iPad!!
First thing first, you will need the app which u can download here Clear for iPhone and an Jailbroken iPad.
Download the app from the App Store. And after installing, SSH into the device or you can use iFile or iFunbox.
After this navigate to var/mobile/Applications/Clear/Clear.app.
Open the file Info.plist in text viewer and locate <key>UIDeviceFamily</key> <array> <integer>1</integer> </array>
Change 1 to 2
and then respring the device.
